Gas Leak on Mecca, by Date Palm & 3rd Street

Date Palm Avenue in Mecca was closed around 3:30pm due to a gas leak. The avenue was closed between 2nd & 4th Streets. At 5:00pm the streets were still closed. An engine from the Fire Department and several units from the Sheriff's department were in the area.
