Water Sprinklers at Indio Shopping Center

Description
There has been an issue with the water sprinklers at the Indio Shopping Center. Many of these sprinklers are wasting an enormous amount of water, because they are watering the pavement and not the plants in some instance they wet cars and people. They need to be fixed. The shopping center is the one that has the 24 hour fitness center.
