Description
On Jan 13, 2013, at approximately 5pm billows or smoke and fire was seen emerging from mounds/hills of soil at Western Environmental, Inc. located at 62-150 Gene Welmas Dr. Mecca, CA. Safety of air quality and residents of surrounding community is of concern due to the material that is stored/recycled at this facility.
