Smoke/fugitive Dust emanating from WEI

At 6:20am today, reports start coming in of activity and smoke/dust emanating from the piles sitting on Western Environmental inc, in the Cabazon Recovery park. It was unclear if there was a small fire that was trying to be put out with a bulldozer/machinery (thus causing the dust) or not. Incident confirmed by two different persons, but due to phone's limitations images are not very clear. Wind was blowing towards Mecca, at moderate speed at that time. CF/PCD
