   I notified Regional Water Quality Control Board staff, as well as park management, both of whom said they would be responding this afternoon. I will post follow-up comments as I hear back from those responding.

   St. Anthonys management reports that they responded to the spill report on Friday 9/29/14 just after noon and installed cones and tape to restrict access to the area contaminated by the sewage, They also applied lime in the area and determined that a clog at the clean-out fitting was causing the backup. They removed the clog and noted that the cover for the clean-out had been damaged, apparently by a car, and the cover was replaced on Monday 9/28/14. They report that the system is back to operating normally.
