   Regional Board senior staff reports that the initial spill was inspected on Friday afternoon, September 26, immediately following the first reports, and an ongoing investigation continues regarding the cause and cleanup of the spill.

   St. Anthonys management reports that they responded to the spill report on Friday 9/29/14 just after noon and installed cones and tape to restrict access to the area contaminated by the sewage, They also applied lime in the area and determined that a clog at the clean-out fitting was causing the backup. They removed the clog and noted that the cover for the clean-out had been damaged, apparently by a car, and the cover was replaced on Monday 9/28/14. They report that the system is back to operating normally.
