Contacted St Anthony's park management this morning (10/22/14) and asked them to investigate broken pipe at space #48. Will post another comment when I learn more.

Park management reported that the leak had finally been located on Saturday. Unfortunately water to the entire park had to be shut off in order to make repairs. Water leaks at St Anthony's are particularly difficult to repair due to excavations needing to be done by hand under units, no shut off valves for different areas of the park, and old pipes installed without permits seem to be failing more frequently.
